Can't Judge A Book

Okay, this entry is probably too short 2 b a post, but w/e. here, i am just going 2 give u a good moral: you can't judge a book by it's cover. this wuz proven 2 b true at my brother's- Lizic Juniper's- b-day slumper party. He invited this one boy- Gira- who spent half the party farting! it wuz all i could do to stop gagging and spluttering from those treacherous fumes he let off. But, he turned out to b real nice- and he taught me lots of cheats in this one videogame i wuz working on! so, what i'm trying to say is that you can't judge a book- or boys invited to a slumber party- by it's cover...or smell. X.X

Warriors of the Caribbean

This post is dedicated to the hard work and determination of AlliKatNya, a true warrior cat fanatic! Also to linntintin, one imaginative reader!

Now if u don't know, Warriors by Erin Hunter is a series of action books about cats! yes, cats! Now u may look at your pussy-cat or whatever and think that cats aren't fierce enough to b 'warriors' like Erin Hunter claims. if that's what u think, then ur WRONG! These cats have got style!
The series started w/ "Into the Wild", where a fat but dreaming housecat called Rusty joins the Clans of wild cats out in the forest! A series later, a doubtful tom called Brambleclaw (yes, warrior cats do hav weird names) goes on a perilous quest with other chosen cats, and a clingy annoying apprentice who just happens to b Rusty's daughter! Not to mention that a series AFTER THAT, Rusty's daughter has kids (or kits)! And there's a 4th series planned after that! If u haven't read Warrior cats then i suggest u do.
Now ur head is probably having a malfunction, trying to figure out where "Warriors of the Caribbean" came from. It was actually the grand idea of linntintin. She got the "Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End Trailer" and decided to turn Warrior Cats into the same concept! (u can watch her video at the side-bar.) She took pictures from AlliKatNya's hit warrior cat movie series and turned it into a "Warriors of the Caribbean!" How creative! XD

*Part 4 is my favorite out of all the Warriors of the Forest (Into the Wild) by AlliKatNya. There r ones b4 and after this, btw. I would also like to add that it was AlliKatNya who sang the intro- not some professional studio. Pretty good, eh?

Happily Ever After? (The Investigation of Dumb Fairy-Tale Meanings)

If any1 here has evr heard a fairy-tale then u'll know it's always the same pattern. 1) some person doesn't have a perfect life. 2) an opportunity to fix that comes 3) something bad happens 4) some cute guy on a pony comes and makes her feel bttr 5) they all live happily evr after.
Come on! Corny!
Well, i'm not going to blab on about how most (not all) fairy-tales r stupid. No, im going to blab on about some of the bad morals they have in many fairy-tales.

Bad Moral 1: "True beauty is on the inside."
Problem: Well, if nobody can c the beauty, then what use is it to anyone?
Solution: b an individual! To put your inner beauty on the outside, then spice up how u act and how u dress. For example: if somebody dresses funky to match their inner beauty, then u've got to give them points even if it's something atrocious like a turkey-suit (well, i suppose that'd b pretty cool!) or a clown costume.
Loophole to this theory: if a person decides to match their clothing to their inner beauty and comes to school naked, then there's a problem. it is not necessary to give points here.

Bad Moral 2: "Tiny feet get u princes" or "mean ppl hav big feet"
Problem: so not true!
Solution: okay, i'm willing to bet that all of u have at least heard about what happens in Cinderella. She puts on this super-wicked-unnaturally-itsybitsy-teeny-tiny slipper which gets her a prince. There r even some places in the world who used to (or r still) mashing up girl's feet when they're really young (we're talking toddlers here!) so that they'll grow up having tiny feet. The tiniest foot in one culture was called the "golden lily" (or something close to that) and it was 3 inches long! And, these were the size for adults! It's unnatural! So, there is no real solution to this situation (unless u want to go on strike against Cinderella! >:D ) apart from thinking. Who really looks at someone's feet anyway (unless they're morons)? That's no way to live!

Bad Moral 3: "Never eat apples from a slouched old woman who comes to your cottage"
Problem: (this is from Snow White, btw.) After some deep consideration, i have come to the conclusion that there is no problem to this moral. You could do with following it!

Star Warz

This time i'm going to put the spotlight on STAR WARZ 'cuz i think that it's pretty cool. If u haven't watched it then i recommend that u go rent it.
Now it's time for Star Warz discussion. Personally, I like the 2nd and 6th movie, but there r drawbacks to either one. You can look at my chart of what i think of them below.

THE CLONE WARS (movie #2):
GOOD: the special-effects r good, the battle scenes r very good.
BAD: the whole romancey thing btwn Padme and Anakin is just too long and too boring.

RETURN OF THE JEDI (movie #6):
GOOD: lots of action...the storyline is good.
BAD: it's so OLD. because of this, the special-effects r kindof cheesy (and though most of us agree that cheese is very good, a cheesy movie is a "crash and burn" development).

Bear in mind that these r my opinions. If u hav a different view, then please post a comment (PLEEZ!) i love getting feed-back and all that kindof stuff.

On another side, i also have opinions on various of the Star Wars characters. Unlike in Harry Potter, i don't have a clear favorite, but i still have been able to single out one. Here r some of the main Star Wars characters and what i think of them.

LUKE SKYWALKER:
awesome! he's pretty cool, yet something about him kindof puts me off. can't explain.

PRINCESS LEIA:
sweet! She is bold (which is great! :D) but not entirely me. Like her bro, something about her puts me off. however, i like the way she schools the general-person-who's-name-i-forget in A NEW HOPE (fourth movie) when they interrogate her (this is when they hav her prisoner).

HAN SOLO:
an idiot. yet cool. i have no more on the subject.

ANAKIN SKYWALKER:
cool, but weak. it's really sad how easily he was corrupted in the 3rd movie- Revenge of the Sith. other then that, i'd say he's perfectly capable- and cool.

JABBA THE HUT:
fat. ugly. rip-off artist (in the words of my friend Darkheart).

However, MY favorite Star Wars character is.... (drum roll!) CHEWBACCA! don't ask.

This Week iz Going to Nominate J.K. Rowling and her hit Harry Potter Bookz (as well as the Blockbuster Movies)

Personally, i (Coco Juniper) am a fan of Ginny Weasly (Ron's younger sis.) but even she comes second after Luna Lovegood! I like Luna the best for several reasons:

1) she's a psycho
2) she's a weirdo
3) she wears radish earrings (the individual!)
4) she's awfully brave!
5) she's loyal
6) Luna is just a pretty cool name

, that and i kindof pity her. I mean, she has no friends (well, she is a creep, so that's not a HUGE surprise....)! :'(

Scheduled Contest- Worst Song Ever!

This is pretty simple, it's a contest 2 c who can find the WORST song ever! All u hav to do is think of a song- a very, very, bad 1. Then u hav to find it on YouTube (odds r that it's there) (and if it's not, then go put it on!) Then u put a post on this blog about the song, including the name, etc. of it on YouTube so i can find it. Then, once everyone has sent in their worst song, i'll pick the TOP worst song. Then i'll post it up on my blog so everyone can see how terrible it is! :D
